    Delivery and Shipping Policy

    Product Creation: All products are made on demand, often handcrafted, primarily shipped from Vietnam, China, and occasionally the USA.

    Non-Deliverable to PO Box: Canvas, Poster, and Metal Sign packages cannot be delivered to a PO box.

    International Orders: May face delays due to customs, which is beyond our control.

    Shipping Carriers: YunExpress, USPS, DHL, EMS, and local post services.


    Processing and Shipping Times

    Order Processing: Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

    Production Times:

    • Apparel: 5-7 business days

    • Mug: 2-5 business days

    • Fleece Blanket: 7-9 business days

    • Canvas, Poster: 2-4 business days

    • Pillow, Garden Decor: 5-7 business days

    • Candle Holder: 9-11 business days

    • Tumblers: 5-7 business days

    • Other Items: 5-10 business days

    Shipping Times:

    • US: 15-30 business days (USPS/UPS/DHL Ecommerce/YunExpress)

    • EU: 15-40 business days (DHL/UPS/DHL Ecommerce/YunExpress/PostNL/Bpost/La Poste/Colis Privé/Correos/SDA)

    • Canada: 20-40 business days (Canada Post/UPS/DHL Ecommerce/YunExpress)

    • Australia: 20-40 business days (Australian Post/DHL Ecommerce/YunExpress)

    • Other Regions: 30-60 business days (UPS/DHL Ecommerce/YunExpress)


    Tracking and Order Updates

    Order Tracking: A tracking link will be emailed once the order is shipped. It may take 5-7 days for tracking information to be available.

    Shipping Address: Ensure the correct shipping address is provided to avoid delivery issues. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses will be donated and not returned to the warehouse.

    Incorrect Address Consequences: If an incorrect address leads to delivery issues, a re-shipping fee will be required to resend the order.


    Shipping Options

    Standard Shipping: Cheaper, but no refunds for lost goods. Replacements or refunds (requiring return) are provided for defective items not caused by the customer. Free shipping is standard shipping.

    Shipping with Insurance: Provides protection against damage, loss, or delay during transit. Expedited shipping includes insurance.
